1. Service Scope

Cafesko provides information about its vending machine onboarding program and enables users to make an onboarding payment through Razorpay.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate personal and location information while submitting payment and application details. Cafesko reserves the right to reject incomplete or invalid submissions.

3. Payment Terms

• The ₹15,000 payment is an onboarding amount to confirm installation slot.
• This onboarding amount is adjusted against the first month’s rent.
• An ₹80,000 security deposit is payable at installation stage.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.

4. Pilot Approval

Payment does not guarantee partnership approval. Approval depends on location feasibility, compliance checks, and Cafesko's business criteria.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website belong to Cafesko and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cafesko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website access, payment delays, network failure, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

Cafesko may update these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
